Pexalia uses no analytics or advertising cookies. We use one technically necessary cookie to keep you signed in when you log in, and a few browser local-storage keys for basic features (such as remembering the Assistant's state). 1. First-party cookies

This site installs only one first-party cookie:

Sign-in session. When you sign in to the client or admin area, our authentication provider (Better Auth) creates a cookie that identifies your session so you do not have to sign in again on every page. Category: strictly necessary (exempt from prior consent under the LSSI, as it is essential to provide the service you explicitly requested). It is not installed if you only visit the home page without signing in.

2. Browser local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage)

Besides the cookie above, we use the browser's local storage, which is technically not a "cookie", but we explain it for transparency. None of these keys is sent to our servers or used to track you across sites:

Cookie preference (pexaliaCookieConsent, persistent): stores your choice in the banner so we do not ask again on every visit.
Assistant state (pexChatAutoOpened, persistent): remembers whether the Assistant has already opened automatically once.
Conversation rating (pexChatRated, browser session only): remembers whether you have already rated a conversation with the Assistant.
Quick questions shown (pexChatQuickShown, browser session only): remembers whether we have already shown you the Assistant's quick suggestions during this visit.
Redirect after sign-in (pexaliaAuthNext, temporary): on the access page, remembers which screen you were heading to right after signing in.

All of these keys are functional: they do not track your activity and are not shared with anyone.

3. What we load from an external server

The whole site (public and legal pages, sign-in, portal and administration) serves fonts from our own domain, so your IP address is not shared with any third party for that reason. Data processing and providers are described in the privacy policy.

4. Analytics and advertising

We currently use no analytics tool (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixel or third-party live chat. The consent banner still includes an "Analytics and marketing" category ready in case we add one in the future; until we enable it, it has no real effect.

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, or reopen it at any time with this button:

6. Changes to this policy

If in the future we add new tools that use cookies (such as Google Analytics or a third-party live chat), we will update this policy before doing so and ask for your consent again, as required by law (LSSI and GDPR).
